Stuck or not moving

Quick answers

What is wrong?

Pool robot is stuck or not moving in the pool.

What you might notice

  • Not moving
  • Safety shutdown

Can I fix this myself?

Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the fault returns, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft cloth
  • Garden hose

Do this

    • Confirm battery is charged (place on dock until ready).
    • Clean filter for water flow. Clear track/wheel blockages.
    • Lower waterline clearance if coping blocks the handle from emerging (~7 inches clearance per Beatbot guidance when applicable).
    • If still stuck after clearing, upload app logs / request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • None for a basic clean
