What you need

  • Soft cloth

Do this

    • Power off. Flip the robot. Remove mop cloths and inspect plates for hair/string.
    • Clean debris from the plates and mounts.
    • Reinstall plates pressing with both hands until you hear a click, then restart the robot.
    • If the alert persists after a clean click-fit, contact ECOVACS / request plate-drive repair.
