Can I fix this myself?

What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Empty the dirty-water tank if full; reseat the lid so the seal is airtight.
- Clean clogged filter holes on the cleaning tray.
- Press the dirty tank lid firmly and run Wash Mop in the app to test drain. If it only works while held down, reseat the seal ring.
- Update firmware. If it still fails, request repair.
