Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/checking. Difficulty: easy · about 10-30 min. If unsafe or unresolved, use mail-in repair / authorised service.
What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Confirm key switch is On. Charge with the power adapter if battery is low.
- If unused >30 days and adapter fails, follow Pudu guidance to direct-charge the battery with the dedicated cable.
- If still dead, contact Pudu support / request repair.
