Unable to auto-empty dustbin at the dock

Quick answers

What is wrong?

Auto-empty does not run — disabled in app, missing dust cover/bag, DND, manual dock placement, low battery, or blocked air path (Qrevo Edge manual).

What you might notice

  • Dustbin still full after docking
  • Unusual noise when emptying
  • No auto-empty after clean

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: medium · about 15-30 min. If unsure or it returns after parts cleaning, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft cloth
  • Replacement dust bag

Do this

    • In the app, confirm auto-emptying is enabled and not blocked by DND timing.
    • Install the dock dust container cover and a disposable dust bag before use.
    • Note: auto-empty will not trigger if the robot returned without cleaning, was moved onto the dock manually, or battery is under 10% — charge above 10% and start emptying manually if needed.
    • If emptying is noisy or weak, check main brush cover fit and clear blockages in the filter, air duct, suction inlet, dustbin, or dust bag path.
    • Empty the dustbin manually if emptying has been unused for a long period and clear the air inlet.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Disposable dust bag
  • Washable filter
