Quick answers

What is wrong?

Dock reports an error / red status — Qrevo-family manuals point to voltage, tank seating, and cleaning-tank / tray-filter installation.

What you might notice

  • Dock LED red or flashing error
  • Wash cycle will not start

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: medium · about 20-40 min. If unsure or it returns after parts cleaning, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Clean water
  • Soft cloth

Do this

    • Refill and firmly seat the clean-water tank; empty and seat the dirty-water tank (lid closed, seals clean).
    • Remove the cleaning tank/tray. Rinse the tank and its filter with water; wipe seals dry.
    • Reinstall the cleaning tank so it sits flat and locked.
    • Confirm dust container cover and disposable dust bag are installed if your dock uses them.
    • Check dock voltage label vs local supply. Retry wash from the app.
    • If errors continue with tanks and tray correct, request dock repair (pump/sensors).

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Cleaning tank filter
  • Dirty-water tank (if seal failed)
  • Dust bag
