Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the fault returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Power the robot OFF before charging; ensure the charging port is completely dry.
- Seat charger firmly. For solar-dock models, use AC adapter for heavy/spring cleans or poor sun.
- Update firmware while AC charging with matching Wi-Fi (per app About Device).
- If sealed parts/charger damaged (all LEDs green but no charge), request repair.
