Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the error returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Scissors
- Soft cloth
Do this
- Tidy cords before cleaning. After entanglement, clear the area and resume.
- Flip robot, press buckle to remove main brush cover, lift brush, remove end bearings and clean them.
- Cut wrapped hair with scissors (do not yank hard). Reinstall brush and lock the cover.
- For side-brush abnormal: remove side brush, clear hair, restart.
