Quick answers

What is wrong?

Washboard water-level abnormality, leakage, or dirty tank cannot pump. Official Dreame steps: sewage path, airtight tank seals, tray filter, overflow sensors.

What you might notice

  • Washboard water level abnormal
  • Dirty water tank unable to pump
  • Water leakage / no draw water
  • Mop wash interrupted with full tray

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: medium · about 20-45 min. If unsure or it returns, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Clean water
  • Soft dry cloth
  • Optional straw/pipe brush

Do this

    • Remove the washboard. Clear the sewage outlet beneath it of sludge. Wipe overflow sensors (metal pieces) on the washboard with a dry cloth.
    • Clean the sewage filter and any connected drain pipe of blockages so water can flow.
    • Remove the used-water (sewage) tank. Empty it. Clean sealing rings / cover so the lid is airtight; fasten the clip securely.
    • Reinsert the tank and press firmly down so the vacuum seal seats (pump needs airtight path to draw water).
    • Open tray buckles, remove cleaning tray, empty remaining water, rinse the tray filter under running water. Wipe residual water in the base dry, then reinstall tray and washboard.
    • Use only officially approved Dreame cleaning solution in the cleaner system if fitted — do not add other liquids.
    • Wash mop pads and reattach flat. Retry mop washing. If pumping still fails with clean seals and clear outlet, request station pump repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Washboard / tray filter
  • Used-water tank seals
