Quick answers
What is wrong?
Vacuum-mop will not charge or will not power on after docking.

Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the error returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Seat the Narwal adapter firmly in the base charging port.
- Clean base charging contacts; check spring tension, debris, or oxidation.
- Dock until you hear the connection chime. Charge ~30 minutes (or ~3 hours if unused over 3 months / hibernation).
- If still dead, request repair.
Parts (only if cleaning fails)
- None for a basic clean
