What you need

  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Press Dock on the robot or in the SharkClean app (if the base is on the map).
    • Ensure the base is powered, path is clear, base is not on carpet or in direct sunlight.
    • Wipe sensors and charging contacts, then manually place on the ramp if needed.
    • If it persists, request repair.
