What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Press Dock on the robot or in the SharkClean app (if the base is on the map).
- Ensure the base is powered, path is clear, base is not on carpet or in direct sunlight.
- Wipe sensors and charging contacts, then manually place on the ramp if needed.
- If it persists, request repair.
