What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Remove robot. Reseat the bin; check the green evac flap on the bin bottom is clear.
- Clear debris from the Clean Base evacuation port underneath.
- Unplug the base, remove underside evacuation tubing, clear debris, reassemble upright.
- Redock the robot and try Empty Bin again. If it persists, request repair.
Parts (only if cleaning fails)
- Clean Base dust bag if full/missing (solid red often means bag)
