What you need

  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Remove robot. Reseat the bin; check the green evac flap on the bin bottom is clear.
    • Clear debris from the Clean Base evacuation port underneath.
    • Unplug the base, remove underside evacuation tubing, clear debris, reassemble upright.
    • Redock the robot and try Empty Bin again. If it persists, request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Clean Base dust bag if full/missing (solid red often means bag)
