Cannot charge or will not start

Quick answers

What is wrong?

Vacuum-mop will not charge or will not power on after docking.

What you might notice

  • No charge / no start
  • No dock chime

Can I fix this myself?

Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the error returns, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Seat the Narwal adapter firmly in the base charging port.
    • Clean base charging contacts; check spring tension, debris, or oxidation.
    • Dock until you hear the connection chime. Charge ~30 minutes (or ~3 hours if unused over 3 months / hibernation).
    • If still dead, request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • None for a basic clean
